The 21-day curriculum
Three weeks, three jobs. Six core patterns learnt then repeated heavier; pehelwani base work and full arcs; then ladders, timed rounds and supersets. Every day, every movement, every rep count — written out.
Six core patterns, learnt then repeated heavier. Nothing exotic — the whole week is earning control. No breaks between exercises within a round.
Pehelwani base work enters. The Gada-Mudgar starts moving through full arcs and you stop resetting between reps — new grips, new directions, more single-hand work.
Ladders, 60-second timed rounds and two supersets. Everything you built in weeks one and two, under load and under the clock.
What's included
One unlocks each day, in order. Open it and know exactly what you're training — no decisions, just show up.
Six patterns in week one, full arcs in week two, ladders and supersets in week three. 42 movements across the 21 days.
Recovery isn't a day off. Guided stretching with Gowri on days 7, 14 and 20, placed exactly where the load peaks.
Transcript, coaching cues and rep counts with every session — pull them up mid-workout.
What you'll gain
You still show up on day 19. One session a day, in order, with nothing to decide.
Shoulders stop feeling fragile. Rotation loaded through a full arc — the range machines never touch.
42 movements: swings, circles, pulls, throws and combinations, until the swing goes automatic.
Three yoga workshops placed exactly where the load peaks, built for what the Gada-Mudgar does to shoulders and hips.
[Testimonial — placeholder. On consistency: what changed after a session every morning, and still training months later.]

You need a gada or mudgar — but not a Tagda Raho one. Any brand, any weight works. We teach the format, not the product. Days 1 and 2 need no equipment at all, so you can start tonight and pick one up before Day 3.
Start anyway. Days 1 and 2 are stance, grip and bodyweight. Rishabh tells you the right weight on your orientation call, and you can pick one from the Tagda Raho Gada-Mudgar collection before Day 3.
Three weeks, one session unlocking each morning in order — so you finish the programme instead of bingeing it. Week 1 is 3 rounds per session, Weeks 2 and 3 move to 3–4 rounds and add timed work and supersets. One-minute break between rounds, no breaks between exercises within a round. Around 20 minutes a day.
No rest days — three yoga recovery workshops with Gowri on days 7, 14 and 20, placed where the load peaks. You still show up; you just move differently.
Nothing breaks. The next session still unlocks and your completed days stay with you. Pick up where you left off and carry on in order — the weeks build on each other.
Yes. Each day pairs a video session with written material covering the day's movements and cues, so you can revisit them separately from the video.
Two things unlock at 100% completion: an additional discount on a Tagda Raho equipment upgrade, and free access to Tagda Raho events — Prahaar sessions, and Flow sessions with the founder at our Bangalore and Pune centres. The steps for claiming both are shared during the challenge.
